Ian Parole Pic

Ian Chapman, Centre Coordinator at FTC, will be participating in the Parole for Papworth event on Friday 20th March raising money for the Centre’s chosen charity.

Along with Ian, the intrepid entrepreneurs will be locked into cells at Barclays Bank on Princes Street in Ipswich, and held until they raise a minimum of £300 release money.

So far joining Ian are Ipswich businesses VIP Balloons, GenR8 Card, Linda Rumbold Marketing, Assist With Solutions and Archway Carpets from Woodbridge

Participants will be divided into two teams to compete for a prize. They will have only their team mates, phones and Ipads or laptops for support.

Ian has set up a Just Giving page in advance of the event, before being locked away to make the calls and emails he need’s to raise the money to escape. https://www.justgiving.com/Ian-Chapman7/ this link takes you to Ian’s page but remember don’t donate before then as it won’t count, DONATE from 10am onwards on Friday 20th March.

Ian is looking forward to the challenge – ‘I have to raise a minimum of £300 for them to release me. Please help by donating both large & small it all helps. I know you may well prefer to pay to keep me there, but hey my family needs me, and the charity needs the money!’
