Apprenticeships – Myths, Mechanics and a bit of a Masterclass

Growing your business? Expanding your team or looking to upskill your existing workforce? Ever wondered if a modern apprenticeship may fit with the development plans for your business?

Jenny Stockman, Rural Apprenticeships and Mentoring Manager, for the Seckford Foundation, along with a handpicked panel of experts, shows us how. We’ve gathered experts together to talk you through recruiting apprentices, upskilling your staff, finding the right training provider, apprenticeship levy, Apprenticeship Training Agencies and more. All this and more, and its FREE!

Modern apprenticeships have evolved in leaps and bounds since the days of taking on a school leaver and getting them to sweep the floor until they learned the ropes. Courses and qualifications are designed by real businesses and cover everything from business admin to nursing, construction to accounting and animal care to engineering.

With qualifications available beyond degree level and government funding still available for training in many cases, if you are serious about strengthening your business, come along and learn all about 2020 apprenticeships.

On the panel: Jenny Stockman – Seckford Foundation, Paul Wright – Moore Networking, Chris Betts – TrAC, Josie Finch – New Anglia LEP and a special guest – a real live actual apprentice!

As with all our events, there will be a dedicated Q & A session for you to have any questions answered. Of course there will be plenty of time for networking or just a friendly natter over coffee!
